Disciplines
BJJ — Gi
Traditional Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in the kimono. Grips, sweeps, submissions. The technical core.
BJJ — No Gi
Grappling without the kimono. Faster pace, body-lock and leg-game friendly. Bridges into MMA.
MMA
Striking, clinch, takedowns and ground game stitched together. Hard, controlled rounds.
Juniors (9–15)
Structured grappling for older kids and teens. Discipline, fitness, anti-bullying.
Open Mat
Free training. Roll, drill, ask. Members-led with a coach on the mats.
